A legal disclaimer

Service Agreement Policy

  • Services begin on the agreed-upon start date.

  • Customers must provide accurate property access and location details.

  • Trash must be properly bagged and placed at the designated pick-up area.

  • Prohibited items (hazardous waste, oversized items, liquids, etc.) will not be collected.

Billing & Subscription Policy

  • Services are billed monthly or quarterly in advance on a recurring basis.

  • Payment is required to confirm your subscription.

Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days’ notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Customers may cancel their subscription with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Partial-month refunds are not provided once service has started.

  • If service is disrupted due to weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of OVT’s control, service will resume on the next scheduled pickup day (no refunds for delays).

Access & Missed Pick-ups Policy

  • If trash is not accessible at the designated time/place, service will be marked as “attempted” and no additional pick-up will be provided that day.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring trash is out on time.

Liability Policy

  • OVT is not responsible for damage to personal property caused by improper placement of trash, hazardous waste, or items not intended for collection.
